Ms. Mary Russell. Richter, age 54, died Thursday, Jan 1, 2004 in a local hospital. She was born in San Antonio, Texas, but lived in the Jacksonville area for most of her life and worked for many years as a medical office assistant. Ms. Richter attended Ribault High School and a member and Children’s Church Director at Duval Station Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Russell in 1984 and is survived by her daughter Beverly Richter, mother Jean C. Russell; a sister:, Billie R. (Chuck) Taylor and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville.
